Ingredients- Boiled chicken fillets 200 g
- Thai-Choice Minced Garlic 4 Tbsp
- Thai-Choice Fish Sauce 2 1/2 Tbsp
- Lime juice 3 Tbsp
- Thai-Choice Minced Coriander 1 Tbsp
- Fresh red chilli (chopped) 3
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Lettuce leaves To taste

Directions- Cut chicken fillets into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together Thai-Choice Minced Garlic, Thai-choice Minced Coriander, Thai-Choice Fish Sauce, chilli, lime juice and sugar.
- Add boiled chicken fillets and mix well.
- Serve on a bad of lettuce leaves and garnished with mint spring.
