Ingredients- Thai-Choice Glutinous Rice 1 cup
- Thai-Choice Coconut Milk 1/2 can (200 ml)
- Sugar 6 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Water 1 ? cup
- Thai-Choice Mango in Light Syrup 1 can (425g)

Directions- Add 1 cup of Glutinous Rice and 1 ? cup of water into a microwavable bowl.
- Heat the glutinous rice in medium heat in the microwave for 5 minutes. After done, take it out and mix well.
- Heat glutinous rice with medium heat again in the microwave for another 5 minutes.The cooked glutinous rice should appear translucent and soft in the center.
- Mix coconut milk, sugar, and salt into a different bowl.
- Add 3/4 of the mixed coconut milk gradually to the glutinous rice while it is still hot. Heat the rice in microwave again for 2 minutes.
- Put the glutinous rice on a dish, add mango squares and the remaining coconut milk mix on top of the rice and it is ready to serve.
