Ingredients- Thai-Choice Pineapple Titbits in Syrup 1 can (565 g)
- Thai-Choice All Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce 1 bottle
- Thai-Choice cooked Rice 6 cups
- Sliced chicken breast fillets 450 g
- Vegetable oil 4 Tbsp
- Red capsicum 150 g
- Spring onion 50 g

Directions- Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan or wok, add chicken and stir-fry until it is well cooked.
- Add red capsicum, Thai-Choice Pineapple Titbits, cooked rice and Thai-Choice All Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce. Stir well and toss briefly for about 2-3 minutes.
- Lastly add spring onion and serve hot.
