Ingredients- Thai-Choice Satay Cook-in Sauce 1 bottle (340 g)
- Prawns (cleaned & deveined) 6 pieces (130 g)
- Thai-Choice Coconut Milk 1 bottle (340 g)
- Fresh Lemongrass (cut to make into skewers) 2 stalks
- Thai-Choice Rice Noodles 100 g

Directions- Put 3 prawns for each lemongrass skewer, brush with coconut milk and grill for 15 minutes until it is well cooked.
- Place rice noodles in a bowl and pour boiling water over it. Leave to soak for 20 minutes. Rince in cold water and drain well. Set aside.
- Heat Satay Cook-in Sauce, add rice noodles and toss well.
- Arrange on a plate and serve together with the grilled prawns.
