Ingredients- Salmon steak 1 piece (300 g)
- Thai-Choice Coconut Milk 1 small can (165 ml)
- Thai-choice Red Curry Paste 1 Tbsp
- Sugar 1/2 Tbsp
- Thai-Choice Fish Sauce 1/2 Tbsp
- Kaffir lime leaves, thinly sliced 5 g
- Red chillies, strips 5 g

Directions- Place pan over medium heat, cook 3 Tbsp of Thai-Choice Coconut Mil until boiling.
- Add Thai-Choice Red Curry Paste, fry until fragrant. Put salmon steak in the pan and fry until almost cooked. Then, add the remaining coconut milk.
- Season with Thai-Choice Fish Sauce and sugar, cook well until oil separates. Garnish with kaffir lime leaves, red chillies and remove from heat.
