Ingredients- Chicken whole 1 (1.8-2 kg)
- Thai-Choice Lychees 1 can (565 g)
- Thai-Choice Sriracha Chilli Garlic Sauce 200 ml
- Green Capsicum 150 g
- Ground Black Pepper 1 Tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp

Directions- Stuff 1/2 can of lychees in chicken stomach and marinate in salt, ground black pepper and lychee syrup overnight.
- Pre-heat the oven at 250C, bake chicken for 45-50 minutes or until cooked.
- Heat Thai-Choice Sriracha Chilli Garlic Sauce and the remaining lychees, stir for 3-5 minutes. Add green capsicum and stir for another 2 minutes, pour sauce over baked chicken and serve immediately.
