Ingredients- White pompano fish 1 or 450 g
- Sugar 1/4 tsp
- Spring onion 15 g
- Chinese mushrooms 2
- Thai-Choice Minced Ginger 2 tbsp
- Thai-Choice Fish Sauce 2 Tbsp
- Red chilli 1

Directions- Clean and wash the fish. With a knife, make several cuts on each side in a criss-cross design. Place the fish on a platter for steaming.
- Sliced the mushrooms.
- Put the mushrooms, spring onion, red chilli, Thai-Choice Minced Ginger, Thai-Choice Fish Sauce and sugar on the fish.
- Place the platter containing the fish in a steamer in which the water is already boiling for about 15 minutes or until cooked.
- Serve hot.
