Ingredients- Thai-Choice Water Chestnuts in water 140 g
- Onion, diced 25 g
- Roasted cashew nuts 63 g
- Carrot 100 g
- Bell Pepper, diced 30 g
- Chicken breast, sliced 150 g
- Vegetable oil 2 Tbsp
- Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce 5 Tbsp

Directions- Heat vegetable oil in a sauce pan, add carrot and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Add sliced chicken breast, bell pepper, Water Chestnuts and Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce.
- Add onion and roasted cashew nuts. Toss briefly.
- Serve with Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
