Ingredients- Thai-Choice Rice Vermicelli 100 g
- Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce 1/2 bottle
- Red, Green, Yellow Capsicum (Bell Pepper) 150 g
- Prawns 120 g
- Vegetable Oil 1 Tbsp
- Cashew Nuts 60 g

Directions- Cook rice vermicelli in boiling water for 5 minutes or until soft, rinse with cold water and drain.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or wok, add rice vermicelli, Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce, prawns, capsicum and stir fry for 3-5 minutes.
- Before serving, garnish with cashew nuts. Serve hot.
