Ingredients- Prawns or Chicken or Fish Fillet 300 g
- Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce 1/2 bottle
- Red, Green, Yellow Capsicum 250 g
- Tomato 100 g
- Pineapple 100 g

Directions- Marinate chicken, prawns, fish fillets in 67.5 ml or 1/4 bottle of Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Sauce for 15 minutes.
- Pierce the marinated meat, tomato, pineapple and capsicum onto bamboo skewers. Brush it several times with Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce and place it on the barbecue.
- Before serving pour Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce again on barbecue, serve hot.
