Ingredients- Thai-Choice Jasmine or Parboiled Rice, cooked 4 cups
- Chicken breast, cut into strips 250 g
- Onion, diced 60 g
- Capsicum, diced 60 g
- Carrot, diced 60 g
- Vegetable oil 3 Tbsp
- Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce ? bottle (135 ml)
- Thai-Choice Fish Sauce 2 tsp

Directions- Heat vegetable oil in wok or fry pan, add chicken and stir-fry until it is cooked.
- Add rice and Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce. Stir well and toss briefly for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add all vegetables and stir well for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
- For extra flavour, mix together in a small dish 2 Tbsp of Thai-Choice Fish Sauce, a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime and finely chopped chillies. Sprinkle over the cooked fried rice.
