Directions1. Rinse Mushrooms. Soak in warm water for 45 minutes. Drain, slice and set aside. 2. Rinse noodles well. Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes or until done. Immerse in cold water . Drain and set aside. 3. Heat oil in frying pan or wok. Add chicken and mushroom. Saute until done. Add noodles, sugar, soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir. 4. Add spring onion and chilli near the end. Mix well. Serve hot.
