1. Cut the
pork into 1/2 cm thick pieces. Cut the pineapple and gentle squeeze the juice
to marinate with the pork. Add Thai Choice SoY Sauce Naturally Fermented,
Sugar, remaining Pineapple and mix together.Pour 2 Tbsp of water and mix with
Thai Choice Oyster Sauce, Thai Choice Tapioca Flour and 1/2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil.
2. Boil the
Noodles until soft. Heat 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil in a pan and add flat noodles,
Thai Choice Sweet Soy Sauce and stir-fry until soft. Put in plate.
3. Set the
pan over medium heat. Fry Thai Choice Minced Garlic and Thai Choice Soy Sauce
Naturally Fermented. Pour 1 cup of water and then put the Kale and the pork to
stir- fry until cooked about 70%. Season with Thai-Choice Sauce, Naturally
Fermented, add Thai Choice Tapioca Flour (mix with 2 Tbsp of water). Gradually
pour and stir quickly. Then, pour the hot mixture over noodles.
4. Serve
together with Thai Choice Fish Sauce, Pickled Chili, ground Chili and sugar.
