Thai-Choice Hoisin Sauce 6 Tbsp |
Thai-Choice Rice Paper 1 |
Cooked Pecking Duck , shredded 1 |
Spring Onion 3 |
Cucumber 1 |

Directions
1.If the duck skin is no longer crisp, place on a baking sheet
in a 400 degree F oven for 10 to 15 minutes to re-crisp. Cut the skin into
thin strips. |
2.Immerse an indivudual sheet of rice paper in
water and remove after about 1 minute o until softenned. Leave it on a towel
for 1 min.Spread the Thai Choice Hoisin Sauce on the rice paper with a spoon. |
3. In the center of the rice paper, add some
duck, scallions, cucumber . Fold in the sides of the rice paper, fold up the
bottom and then roll. Finally add some chillies or vegetables to decorate your plate. |
