Ingredients
Prawns, cleaned and deveined 300g |
Thai-Choice Spring Roll Dipping Sauce 1 cup |
Breadcrumbs 2 cups |
Tempura Flour 1/2 cup |
Thai-Choice Coconut Milk 165 ml |
Water 75 ml |
Thai-Choice Red Curry Paste 1 -1 1/2 tsp |
Vegetable Oil 1 cup |

Directions
1. Mix tempura flour with water, Thai-Choice Coconut Milk and Thai-Choice Red Curry Paste.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and roll
the prawns with tempura flour then
roll in breadcrumbs and deep fry until golden brown. |
3. Pour Thai-Choice Spring Roll Dipping sauce
over the prawns and serve immediately
with steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice. |
