Chicken (sliced) 200g
Thai-Choice Coconut Milk 400ml
Potato, pealed cut into cubes, parboiled 100g
Thai-Choice Masaman Curry Paste 50g
Thai-Choice Fish Sauce 1 Tbsp
Onion cut into quarters and Peanuts 100g
1/ Heat the oil until hot. Add Masaman Curry Paste, stir-fry 2-3 minutes until an aroma develops.
2/ Lower at the heat add chicken, continue stir-fry
3/ Add coconut milk a little at a time. Add the remaining ingredients. Allow it to simmer till done. Serve hot with Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
