Ingredients- Thai-Choice Rice Vinegar 4 Tbsp
- Thai-Choice Sweet Chilli Sauce 10 Tbsp
- Thai-Choice Fish Sauce 4 Tbsp
- Vegetable Oil 1 tsp
- Thai-Choice Traditional Noodles 200 g
- Chinese Cabbage 200 g
(or other green leafy vegetable) - Prawns, Cooked 100 g

Directions- Soak Thai-Choice Traditional Noodles in hot water for 5 minutes then immerse in cold water. Drain.
- Combine rice vinegar, sweet chilli sauce, fish sauce, vegetable oil in a bowl and mix well.
- Cook the vegetables in boiling water for one minute, drain well.
- Mix prawns, vegetables and the dressing together in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the noodles and serve.
