Ingredients- Thai-Choice Oyster Mushrooms 200 g
- Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce 1/2 bottle
- Chicken, sliced 250 g
- Vegetable Oil 1 Tbsp
- Cucumber, diced 110 g
- Red Capsicum 80 g
- Onion, diced 100 g
- Pineapple, diced 200 g
- Tomato, diced 200 g

Directions- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or a wok. Add chicken and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until almost done.
- Add cucumber, onion, pineapple, red capsicum, tomato and oyster mushroom. Continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce. Stir well for 2-5 minutes.
- Serve hot over steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
