Ingredients- Mango ripe, peeled and diced 1
- Tomato seeded, chopped 1
- Coriander leaves, chopped 1 Tbsp
- Onion, chopped 1 1/2Tbsp
- Yellow capsicum, diced 1
- Red chilli, sliced 1
- Thai-Choice Fish Sauce 1 Tbsp
- Thai-Choice Rice Vinegar 2 Tbsp
- Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1 Tbsp

Directions- In a bowl, mix mango, tomato and all the other ingredients. Mix well.
- Serve as accompaniment to all Thai dishes.
