Ingredients- Thai-Choice Rice Noodles 150 g
- Prawns (peeled & deveined) 100 g
- Bean sprouts 150 g
- Spring onion (1 inch cut) 20 g
- Vegetable oil 4 Tbsp
- Thai-Choice Pad Thai Sauce 1/2 bottle
- Egg 1
- Lemon or lime juice 1/2 fruit
- Roasted peanuts

Directions- Cook noodles in boiling water for 4-5 minutes until soft, rinse with cold water and drain.
- Heat vegetable oil in frying pan or wok.
- Saute prawns in oil until cooked.
- Add the noodles, egg and then Thai-Choice Pad Thai Sauce. Mix well.
- Add bean sprouts and spring onion to the pan and stir.
- Serve hot with squeezed lemon juice, sprinkle roasted peanuts over the top.
