Ingredients- Boneless chicken 200 g
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil 1 Tbsp
- Thai-Choice Green Curry Paste 4 Tbsp
- Thai-Choice Coconut Milk 1 can (400 ml)
- Thai-Choice Fish Sauce 1 Tbsp
- Bamboo shoots or eggplants (sliced) 100 g

Directions- Heat vegetable oil in a wok until hot, add Thai-Choice Green
Curry Paste and stir well for 2 minutes. Add Green Curry Paste, stir fry
2-3 minutes until an aroma develops.
- Lower at the heat add chicken, continue stir-fry.
- Add coconut milk a little at a time. Add the remaining
ingredients. Allow it to simmer till done. Garnish with red chillies.
- Serve hot with Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
