Ingredients- Chicken or beef sliced 350 g
- Thai-Choice Rice Noodles 250 g
- Thai-Choice Fish Sauce 2 Tbsp
- Ground pepper 1 Tbsp
- Bean sprouts 100 g
- Sugar 1 Tbsp
- Spring onion and celery, chopped 3 Tbsp
Ingredients for broth:
- Water 1.8 Litres
- Thai-Choice Fish Sauce 3 Tbsp
- Sugar 1 Tbsp
- Chicken stock cubes 2 pieces

Directions- Marinate chicken or beef with fish sauce, ground pepper, and sugar.
- Make
the broth with 8 cups of water (about 1.8 Litres), 3 Tbsp of
Thai-Choice Fish Sauce, 1 Tbsp of sugar, and 2 chicken stock cubes and
cook until boiling. Add the marinated meat to the boiling broth.
- In another pot, boil rice noodles and bean sprouts until cooked and drain well.
- Place rice noodles and bean sprouts in serving bowl and pour boiling broth with meat over it.
- Garnish with spring onion and celery
