Ingredients- Squid 250 g
- Diced onion 50 g
- Vegetable oil 2 Tbsp
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Water 2 Tbsp
- Thai-Choice Minced Garlic 1 Tbsp
- Thai-Choice Minced Ginger 2 Tbsp
- Thai-Choice Fish Sauce 1 1/2 Tbsp
- Spring onion or celery 15 g
- Flour 1 tsp

Directions- Clean the squid and cut into rings or sliced.
- Heat oil in a wok or frying pan. Then add Thai-Choice Minced Garlic and Ginger, stir well.
- Add squid when cooked, add onion, Thai-Choice Fish sauce, sugar, water and flour to taste and thicken. Stir until well mixed.
- Add spring onion, mix well and remove from heat. Serve hot.
