Ingredients- Thai-Choice Water Chestnuts 1 can (227 g)
- Beef, cut in thin strips 400 g
- Thai-Choice All Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce 1/2 bottle
- Spring onion, sliced 30 g
- Vegetable oil 2 Tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Ground black pepper 1 tsp

Directions- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or wok, add beef and pepper and stir-fry until almost done.
- Add
Thai-Choice Water Chestnuts, Thai-Choice All Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce and
sugar, stir fry until cooked. Lastly add spring onion and stir-fry for 1
minute.
- Serve hot over steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
