Ingredients- Thai-Choice Straw mushroom 1 can (565 g)
- Beef, sliced 200 g
- Thai-Choice Water Chestnuts in Water 100 g
- Thai-Choice Oyster Sauce 4 Tbsp
- Ground black pepper 2 Tbsp
- Spring onion 15 g
- Vegetable oil 2 Tbsp

Directions- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or a wok. Add beef and ground black pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add
Thai-Choice Water Chestnuts in Water and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then
add in water and Thai-Choice Oyster Sauce and spring onion. And stir-fry
until cooked.
- Serve hot with Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
