Ingredients- Baby Clams 400 g
- Prawns, cleaned and deveined 150 g
- Squid 300 g
- Thai-Choice Basil Stir?Fry Sauce 1/2 bottle
- Vegetable Oil 2 Tbsp
- Yellow Capsicum (Bell Pepper), diced 60 g
- Celery, chopped 100 g
- Red Chilli, sliced 1
- Thai-Choice Coconut Milk 1 small can (165)

Directions- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or wok. Add baby clams, squid and prawns, stir-fry until cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the vegetables, Thai-Choice Basil Stir?Fry Sauce and Thai-Choice Coconut Milk. Mix well.
- Serve hot with steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
