Ingredients- Mixed Vegetables (carrots, broccoli, 500 g
asparagus)
- Prawns, cleaned and deveined 200 g
- Thai-Choice All Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce 1/2 bottle
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Vegetable Oil 2 Tbsp
- Almonds, sliced 3 Tbsp
- Water 1 Tbsp

Directions- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or wok, add prawns, vegetables and water, stir-fry until almost done.
- Add Thai-Choice All Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce and sugar, stir-fry until cooked.
- Before serving, garnish with sliced almonds over the top.
- Serve hot over steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
