Ingredients- Thai-Choice Bean Vermicelli 100 g
- Thai Salad Dressing (Som Tum Sauce) 2 Tbsp
- Prawns 15 g
- Dried Shrimp (optional) 8 g
- Sliced Onion or Shallot 15 g
- Coriander Leaves or Parsley 8 g
- Thai-Choice Minced Chilli 15 g

Directions- Soak Thai-Choice Bean Vermicelli in warm water until soft and edible.
- Strain and mix with all the remaining ingredients.
- Refrigerate and served chilled.
