Ingredients- Thai-Choice Crab Meat (or fresh) 1 can (170 g)
- Thai-Choice Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce 1/2 bottle(135 ml)
- Egg 1
- Tempura Flour 4 Tbsp
- Vegetable Oil 2 cups
- Red Capsicum 20 g
- Onion, diced 50 g
- Tomato, diced 25 g

Directions- In a bowl, mix Thai-Choice Crab Meat, egg and tempura flour.
- Use about 1 spoonful of the crab meat mixture at a time, make flat, round crab cakes.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and deep-fry the crab cakes until golden brown. Set aside.
- Heat Thai-Choice Sweet and Sour Stir-Fry Sauce, onion, red capsicum and tomato. Stir until well cooked.
- Pour the sauce over the crab cakes and serve immediately with steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
