Ingredients- Thai-Choice Staw Mushroom 1 can (425 g)
- Sliced beef fillet 200 g
- Thai-Choice Water chestnuts in water 100 g
- Thai-Choice Oyster Sauce 4 Tbsp
- Vegetable oil 2 Tbsp
- Spring onion 15 g
- Water 2 Tbsp
- Ground black pepper 2 Tbsp

Directions- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or a wok. Add beef and ground black pepper and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add
Thai-Choice water chestnuts and Thai-Choice Straw Mushroom and stir fry
for 2 minutes, then add in water and Thai-Choice Oyster Sauce and
spring onion and stir fry until cooked.
