Ingredients- Sliced grilled beef 200 g
- Thai-Choice Som Tum Salad Dressing 1/2 bottle
- Shallots, finely sliced 40 g
- Tomato, finely sliced 1 (80 g)
- Coriander, chopped 2 Tbsp (8 g)
- Lime, freshly squeezed 2 Tbsp
- Thai-choice fish sauce 1 Tbsp
- Red chillies, finely sliced 1 (7 g)
- Mint for garnish

Directions- Pan-fry fillets to medium rare. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes. When cool, thinly slice fillets and place in a salad bowl.
- Combine Thai-Choice Som Tum Salad Dressing, lime juice, shallot and tomato in the salad bowl.
- Serve garnished with mint leaves and chillies for a truly authentic taste.
