Ingredients- Fish 250 g
- Thai-Choice Sweet Chilli Sauce 165 ml
- Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp
- Red Chilli chopped (optional) 2 pcs
- Thai-Choice Fish Sauce 1 tsp
- Vegetable Oil 1 cup
- Coriander Leaves 2 Tbsp
- Garlic chopped 1 Tbsp

Directions- Heat oil and fry fish for 7-10 minutes or until cooked. Place the fish on a serving platter and keep warm.
- Stir-fry the rest of the ingredients for 3 minutes and pour the content over the cooked fish. Garnish with coriander leaves.
