Ingredients- Prawns, cleaned and deveined 300 g
- Thai-Choice Pad Thai Sauce 1/2 bottle
- Breadcrumbs 2 cups
- Tempura Flour 1/2 cup
- Water 1/4 cup
- Vegetable Oil 2 cups
- Lime Juice 1/2 Tbsp

Directions- Mix tempura flour with water.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and roll the prawns with tempura flour and breadcrumbs and deep fry until golden brown.
- Add lime juice in Thai-Choice Pad Thai Sauce and heat in a microwave for 2 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the prawns and serve immediately with steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
