Ingredients- Prawns, cleaned and deveined 300g
- Thai-Choice Sweet Chilli Sauce 1 cup
- Breadcrumbs 1 cups
- Tempura Flour 1/2 cup
- Thai-Choice Coconut Milk 165 ml
- Water 75 ml
- Thai-Choice Red Curry Paste 1 -1 1/2 tsp
- Vegetable Oil 1 cup

Directions- Mix tempura flour with water, Thai-Choice Coconut Milk and Thai-Choice Red Curry Paste.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and roll the prawns with tempura flour and breadcrumbs and deep fry until golden brown.
- Pour Thai-Choice Sweet Chilli sauce over the prawns and serve immediately with steamed Thai-Choice Jasmine Rice.
