Ingredients- Thai-Choice Rice Noodles 250 g
- Chicken, sliced 150 g
- Chinese Kale 150 g
- Thai-Choice Dark Soy Sauce 4 Tbsp
- Vegetable Oil 3 Tbsp
- Egg 2
- Sugar 1 1/2 Tbsp
- Thai-Choice Fish Sauce 3 Tbsp
- Thai-Choice Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp

Directions- Marinate chicken with Thai-Choice Soy Sauce for 15 minutes.
- Cook noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes until soft, rinse with cold water and drain.
- Heat vegetable oil in frying pan or wok. Add chicken and stir until cooked.
Add noodles, dark soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce and stir until mixed
well.
- Add eggs, Chinese kale and stir well. Serve hot.
